Web UI & Daemon

Currently the Bot data is accessed via a TUI, this works but is not ergonomic. Additionally modification of the config is cumbersome and error prone.
Since it is also a learning opportunity instead the bot should be a daemon without tui and only serial output but with an added websocket or other interface from which a WebUI can fetch data.
